(More customer reviews)Feel that the information was valuable but the presentation did not appear to have been professionally prepared. The audio was sometimes muddied and when the presenter misspoke himself, as happens to all of us, there had been no editing to correct the minor mistakes. At this price, nearly $100, I expect a highly professional program.
