(More customer reviews)This DVD is approximately 90 minutes in length and is hosted by Mike Barnicle, 25 year "The Boston Globe" veteran.He tells the myths and the realities of events through history concerning Boston and does a very fine job of it. Drawings, graphics, photography, and re-enactments enhance the DVD and Mr. Barnicle's fast paced commentary will keep you riveted. Graphics of the old Boston to the new Boston with the additional land was an excellent learning aid. Well worth it and useful for repeated viewing.Great for a history class from middle school through college and for all of us to set the record straight.Well done and an engrossing watch.
